This weekend we played the Missouri Mule tournament hosted by the Summitt Soccer Club in Blue Springs, MO (outside of KC).  The Panthers played incredible soccer resulting in three consecutive shut-out matches in the Black Molly Division.
          
Match 1:  Pink Panthers (3) v. Maryville Twisters (0)
Match 2:  Pink Panthers (7) v. KC Rush Swoosh (0)
Match 3:  Pink Panthers (5) v. Fireballs (0)
          
Results are posted HERE and the Pink Panthers WON their division with 21 points to take the title of CHAMPION.  Runner up was Maryville Twisters with 15 points.  The finals were cancelled due to the whopper storm that blew into KC yesterday afternoon.  Officials stated that medals would be shipped.  A  picture of the girls with their awards will be made available when we receive them.
         
We also had a great night at the KC Wizards game against DC United which ended in a 2-2 tie.  Lots of action and lots of yellow cards (even one red)! 
         
Our next, and last, season tournament is the Autumn Bash, hosted by the Raytown Soccer Club, November 7-8 (http://www.raytownsoccerclub.org/AutumnBashMain.htm).
